The Team from Safe Mission Hospice

Our professional hospice team is composed of Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, RN's and LVN's, Social Workers, Chaplain, Home Health Aides, Therapist, Dietitians, Bereavement Counselors, and Volunteers. Together, they work with the patient and immediate family members to ensure the patient's lifetime is comfortable and rewarding.
